Owned and operated by Justin Sterrett, Flat Rock Property Wash, LLC wants to lighten your load and brighten your property! Located in northwest Ohio next to the Indiana line, we are able to serve not only northwest Ohio, but also northeast Indiana  We offer a variety of services and continue to add to the list in order to be your one-stop shop to clean, protect, and beautify your property. 

We are family owned and operated, so we're not just putting the business image on the line, but also the family name.  We try to go above and beyond, striving to make our customers completely happy.  We get so much joy and pleasure when customers are blown away by the results they see, but one of the greatest pleasures Justin has in this business is spending extra time with the family members that help him out on the jobs.

Justin's first experience with pressure washing was cleaning the church, house, and fellowship hall that he was pastoring at the time. This led to hours and hours of research, learning techniques to be more efficient and thorough, figuring out what's safest for the property and what works best for various situations. We look forward to building and growing, adding more to the business in order to help serve more customers more thoroughly.
